How a programme moves forward
Exact methods are confirmed against the individual product, material and order requirements rather than presented as a one-size-fits-all production claim.
Review upholstery direction, colour reference and the approved project requirements.
Prepare the foam format specified for the product and targeted comfort requirement.
Build the cover and upholstery details against the approved material configuration.
Check the product and approved configuration before the packing process.
Apply the compression-packing process appropriate to the individual product programme.
Confirm packing details, delivery route and container-planning information for the order.
Foam construction
For selected compression sofas, a one-piece foam form is cut to the intended seat and back profile. Core construction is confirmed against the chosen SKU and sample.
A shaped foam form can establish the seat and back profile before upholstery. The selected SKU determines its construction, density and cover.
One-piece construction applies only where confirmed for the specific model.
