This notice explains how CPsofa and BaoLeSen Furniture use information sent through this website for product, OEM / ODM and partnership enquiries, and optional newsletter subscriptions.
Depending on the route you choose, we may receive your name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp contact, company, country or region, product and SKU selections, quantities, material and colour choices, delivery requirements, market information and any message you submit.
We use these details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, assess a potential partnership, arrange follow-up communication and improve the relevance of our product and sourcing conversations.
Submissions are sent through the website’s configured business workflow, such as an email, CRM or automation service. We do not sell enquiry information. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to handle the enquiry.
If you choose to subscribe, we save your first and last name, email, selected country or region and audience type, together with the time and version of your subscription consent. We use these details for CPsofa product updates, material news and business communications you have requested. Newsletter consent is separate from an enquiry or partnership application and is never selected automatically.
Subscriber information is kept in our private business archive. Authorised team members can review active subscriptions and export them for the requested communications. We do not send your subscription details to website analytics.
You can unsubscribe using the preferences link in our emails or by contacting contact@cpsofa.com. We retain your unsubscribe status and consent record to help prevent unwanted future messages; you can also request correction or removal of your information. Opening a preferences link alone does not unsubscribe you: use the confirmation button.
If analytics is enabled on this website and you accept it, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, product interest, WhatsApp link clicks and successful RFQ submissions. Optional analytics is disabled until you accept. Your choice does not affect browsing or submitting an enquiry.
We do not send your name, email, telephone, company, address, enquiry text or RFQ reference to Google Analytics. Enquiry events may include a recognised country code, market group, trade term and product-line count. Google Analytics also processes technical information as described in Google’s privacy policy.
You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” below the footer when analytics is enabled. This stops subsequent application analytics events and removes accessible analytics cookies from this website. It does not remove information already received by Google. Browser storage also saves your analytics preference and your RFQ product list.
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage an active commercial discussion and maintain appropriate business records. You can ask us to correct, remove or explain the use of your enquiry information by emailing contact@cpsofa.com.
Submitting an RFQ or partner application is optional. The form consent confirms that CPsofa may use the submitted details to respond to that specific enquiry; it is not a marketing subscription.
